Memorial Day weekend is one of my favorite excuses to set a beautiful table. There’s something about that long weekend — the warmth finally settling in, family and friends gathering, the whole summer stretched out ahead of you — that deserves a little extra intention.
This year I’ve been putting together a tablescape that feels relaxed and coastal but still special. Think breezy blues and reds, natural textures, a little bit of rattan, a little bit of glass.

The Linens
I’m obsessed with the Avignon Red & Blue Handblock Napkins from Means Carney ($65). They have that beautifully imperfect, artisan quality that makes a table feel collected rather than coordinated. Pair them with the Avignon Red & Blue French Tablecloth from Couleur Nature (available to order through Means Carney) and you’ve got a foundation that does all the work for you. Prefer something more understated? The Blue Linen Napkin Set of 4 ($100) is a cleaner, classic alternative.
The Details
The Eclipse Napkin Ring in Natural Rattan ($10 each) is such a simple touch that makes everything look more intentional. And the Woven Bamboo Handle Cutlery Set ($48) adds that organic, coastal warmth I love — no stiff silverware here.
The Glassware & Plates
The Clear Glass Tumbler with Gold Trim (set of 4, $24) is simple but elevated — perfect for everything from sweet tea to rosé. And the Basket Jubilee Dinner Plates from Provvista Designs (set of 4, $56) have the most beautiful woven texture that ties the whole look together.
The Finishing Touch
A Light Blue Blown Glass Bauble Vase ($52) filled with a few stems from the farmers market is all you need for a centerpiece. Keep it simple. Let the table breathe.
Whether you’re hosting a big backyard cookout or just sitting down with your closest people, I hope this gives you a little inspiration. Wishing you all a wonderful Memorial Day weekend!
