Home has always been more than four walls to me. It’s the thing I think about, talk about, and pour myself into — probably more than anything else. So it only made sense to make it a big part of what I share here.
My background is in real estate, my husband owns a construction company, and we currently live in a restored bed-and-breakfast on the Intracoastal Waterway — full of salvaged wood, antiques, and a never-ending list of projects we genuinely love working through. Needless to say, home isn’t just a hobby for me. It’s woven into my everyday life in the most hands-on, real, and personal way possible.
What you’ll find in this space is everything home — and I mean everything.
I’ll bring you along as we continue restoring our B&B, sharing the before and afters, the decisions we wrestled with, the things we’d do differently, and the moments where it all comes together in a way that makes the chaos completely worth it. This house has so much history, and watching it become something beautiful again is one of my favorite ongoing stories to tell.
I’ll also be sharing real estate insight — the kind that actually helps you. Whether you’re buying your first home, thinking about selling, or just trying to understand the market, I want to be a resource you can trust. Not generic advice, but the honest, practical perspective that comes from years of working in this industry and genuinely caring about helping people make good decisions.
And then there’s the part I love maybe the most: the art of making a home feel like yours. Because that’s not about budget. It’s not about square footage or a Pinterest-perfect aesthetic. It’s about intention — the way you layer a room, the pieces you choose that mean something, the small details that make guests walk in and immediately feel at ease. I’ve seen beautiful spaces in modest homes and cold, lifeless rooms in expensive ones. The difference is never the money. I’ll show you what it actually is.
Whether you’re restoring something old, building something new, renting and making the most of it, or just dreaming about what’s next — you belong here. Pull up a seat. There’s always something in progress.
